Hi Rhian
We've just got back from our first camp trip, I have 3 boys & I wouldn't be without my EHU! Especially for our fan heater, the difference between outside & inside the tent in the evening was amazing! And I actually left it on its highest setting all night - and that was with fleece PJs, a fleece over them, hot water bottle, sleeping bag & 3 blankets! Oh, and fleece mattress protector & laminate floor underlay & a blanket underneath the airbed!!
My biggest problem of the trip was getting it all in the car which was a nightmare & one I must solve before our next trip. We have a roofbox & vacuum packed all the bedding, but still the kids were so cramped in the back (mind you, they did have 2 dogs in with them as well & they won't be coming on the next trip :-)

Thanks again everyone for all the friendly replies!
I'm beginning to worry about space now, lol! We have a zafira, and have to use 6 seats, so the 7th can be folded down. We're hoping to get a rooftop box or a trailer in time, but for now, we have neither!
We've booked the EHU, so have to get the lead. I've bought an LED light which can be attached like a ceiling light.
You know what, it may be cramped in the car, but I'm really looking forward to it, well not being cramped exactly, but I'm looking forward to the whole experience!!!

Oops...that was a bad move. You'll get the pitch in the corner under the trees with all the tree roots sticking through and puddles of standing water that they can't push off onto anyone else In all seriousness if you don't like any pitch you are given at any campsite don't be afraid to ask them for another one. Most campsites will oblige if they can.
Eek! I didn't think of that, I do hope you're joking!!!!
