I'm sure you can. I have a Fiat Panda and we manage to get a Vango Tigris 400 and all the associated stuff - table, chairs, sleeping bags, cooker, cooler box etc in without too much bother (though I can't buy anything new as it is pretty much at its limit!)
I don't fold the back seat down as I find it fits more in if you leave it up. I lay the blankets down flat on the back seat and could add the sleeping bags to this to make a bit more space. Tent then goes over the top and 'sits' in the rear passenger seat end up - this way it is also easy to ensure it is the first thing you get out.
Make use of every inch. I put shoes and the pan set undeneath the seats and the roll mats got behind OH and he is 6'2" and has to have the seat pushed back as far as it will go. You can always push the seat back onto the roll mats as they don't mind being squashed (unlike tent poles!)
I also use those stackable plastic containers which sit one on top of the other and hold all the camping 'bits' from plates to the pack of cards. I find this helps keep the tent tidy and serves as a makeshift table.
I am a bit sad and have a 'car plan' - it gets packed up the same way every time so I know everything will fit without me having to pull things out and start again.
Good luck!
