First trip of the season tomorrow. Off to loch Linnhe and v excited. Forecast for piddling rain but hey ho we're not made of sugar!

I'm packed and ready to take the kids to weymouth for the weekend. Not sure if we'll make it though as my son has bit through his lip and i think the dr wlill send us to a&e when we see him in half an hour.

If he needs stitches ask for the plastic surgeon they really are much better at sewing. This happened one of mine and repair is flawless. Good luck I hope it's not too deep and you get away with it.
We are back, unpacked and the tent is pitched in the garden airing off as it absolutely teemed with rain the whole weekend.
Would definitely recommend the site, Linnhe Lochside Holidays but perhaps the peace and tranquility I encountered was partly because I was the only tent there!!
Kids had a blast and I really enjoyed myself. Helped by the fact that my parents were staying in one of their log cabins and I didn't need to do any cooking!
