Yes. But you don't want a thicker one tbh...overheating is just as much a problem as being too cold for babies. If you feel you need more warmth then add more layers underneath it. TBH though in 3-season weather with a baby it's probably better to co-sleep, if you're okay with that and know all the recommended precautions to take.
Valk beat me to it I've always had it recommended to me never to use sleeping bags with babies because of the heat issue
We just used blankets and fleecy blankets mits and socks on babs just keep testing their warmth they will be fine

Hopefully somewhere for a weekend in Sept
I took my then 4 month old camping with me last year late in the season and just put him in his growbag and then covered him in cellular blankets just like i would at home and he never slept better.

Yes for our son we used his usual winter gro-bag with extra baby blankets. That way we could take off or add layers as necessary. For example when he went to bed it was not too cold, but by the time we went to bed it was much colder, so we'd pop an extra blanket on. Then in the morning the tent gets very warm so we could just pull the blankets off again (if he was still asleep that is!)
He was in a travel cot and we would put spare clothes underneath it to provide a layer of insulation from the cold ground. This year I am going to get carpet for the bedroom pod as he has moved to a ready bed now.
