 any one off to the lakes oveer the bank holiday ?

just checked the weather , it according to the forecast it will be cold ,windy and sunday very heavy rain  winds up to 30mph . sounds fantastic

We're going to Holme Open Farm (somewhere vaguely near Sedburgh) for that weekend. Really hope that forecast is wrong :(

That said, there's always the Pencil Museum...

i know , wish i hadn't looked know , or wished i looked before booking  DHHHH 

my mate has just bought a full camping set up and it will be his first outing  lol might be a load of gear going cheap afterwards

Were off to Cartmel and I've been following the weather forecast for a week and its changed daily!

OH has told me to stop looking and we get what we get! We've been there this time of year loads, and its been variable. Hope its wrong about Sunday- that's when we arrive!
