Just found this on aldi's website, not sure how it would fair as a carpet tho but maybe worth a try.

Might be ideal for the bedroom provided it does not slip about to much.

I may well get a couple for the bedroom of the tent, as I do intend to get away in a tent druign the summer holidays.   I don't think there is any family left to become seriousl ill so that we spend our time hostial visiting.

Would be ok in the inners,but wouldn't use in the living area.

Picnic rugs work a treat, not sure the quilted aldi one would be much use but would probably be good as an extra layer for the bed.

grrr i got real excited there were off tommorrow thought i could nip and get a couple of these but it starts on thursday boo hoo have to wait till i come back lol let me know how they work they are just a tiny bit smaller than my montana bedrooms and although not green might work as a in between till i can sort something else could back them with tarpaulin maybe to add some weight xx

I was the same as you goddaz getting all excited then you said the date and thought oh well gonna have to wait till we get back as we are off on wednesday. Looks like i will have to put the fleeces down in the living area for now. I did suggest to OH that we take the rug from the house and he just laughed at me lol
