We had a AWP over BH. It was larger stones and we put a tarp then footprint then SIG with tent carpet. I laid a rug in one side of the bedroom and cook little squares under the camp bed. As far as we could see there was no damage. However I had to wear my crocs inside the tent as it was uncomfortable without. I wouldn't chose hardstanding but wouldn't worry too much if it was my only choice.
