I bought a Skandika Saturn 4 a year ago and was very pleased with it and it has performed admirably in all sorts of weather(including gales in May on an exposed cliff top on the East Coast.Last trip we noticed that some teeth on the side door zipper were not meshing correctly.A couple of emails and photos to Skandika and i have received a complete outer tent from Germany with instructions to dispose of original one as i wish.
Marvellous customer service but now do i keep the original intact or start making a footprint,matching windbreaks etc?
