All look a bit posh to me. Beans on bread (All camping toasters are pants even the one slice at a time one) is the yardstick.

Yeah I tend to agree a wee bit posh for camping. I was a little shocked to see Muffins on the list. So was intrigued (thinking maybe they could be grilled, I know a daft comment but thats the way my mind works at 7:30 in the morning ) To discover it states gas mark settings and putting them in the oven, OVEN! camping really?

However the one pan English breakfast looks YUMMY!

I believe some people do actually have ovens. Trailer tents have got whole kitchens in them, some of them. Try not to think about it...

However, I don't think it's really a camping recipe if you can't do it on a dodgy wee stove!

We use an oven when we camp and have made cakes and muffins in it as well as fresh bread, it is called a Cobb, we also do full roast dinner in it as well as the one pot breakfast

I think the mushrooms wrapped in streaky bacon recipe sounds nice. Great for snacking whilst you're waiting for the rest of the bbq food to cook.

We already do the one pan breakfast and it's yum!

We have steak currently marinating in the fridge ready to take tonight for our trip to Cornwall: http://www.bbcgoodfood.com/recipes/1414637/barbecued-fajita-steak
Fingers crossed for dry barbecue weather!
Will also be doing the tomatoes and feta parcels in foil http://www.bbcgoodfood.com/recipes/11824/roasted-tomato-and-feta-parcels and a variation on this recipe: http://www.bbcgoodfood.com/recipes/72617/chickpeas-with-tomatoes-and-spinach
I have pre-chopped garlic, onions etc and mixed all the spices in a little box. So all ready to go. Will boil some water for couscous to go with it.
Quite excited to have "proper" food this time...
We don't really
