Get withdrawal symptoms if I don't go camping every so many weeks. Unfortunately have to work Saturdays, unless I book them off, otherwise would go every weekend. So far this year have been away 3 seperate weeks, 2 weekends and an overnighter. Is so annoying when stuck in work and the weather is lovely as OH finishes work 2pm Friday, grrrrr.

------------- Wish I could go camping more and not have to work for a living!!!
We try to do at least 6 weekend or if possible long weekend trips and at the very least on full week away a year, if we can manage two long trips more the better
I have only camped once a year so far. It's because hubby says my tent is too big to put up for a weekend. I have trailed him round every camping exhibition I can find on the hunt for a smaller tent, to the point where he is willing to give it a go on the longer weekends that we get next year.
------------- 2* Camper soon to be a 3!
Got me an areobed so I'm off camping!!
If your dog thinks you are the best, don't ask for a second opinion!
We dtry to do at least one week, as a whole family, and maybe a couple of shorter breaks - possible withotu Richard. Over the last few years our camping time has been severely curtailed due to various members of the family being seriously ill.
This year we've been away for a week - I am takinghte kids for three nights tomorrow, leaving Richard at home. This is to make up for Alice not being able to go to France with her friend -- I promised camping which for three nights works out cheaper than a passport.
Hopefully get away at he end of August and again in October, with maybe even a weekend in September.
Have already had two camping trips in the uk since April, 7 nights in Italy and next week off to France.
Still plan to squeeze another weekend in before the end of the season.
Love it.
