My wife came up with the perfect solution for both of us...she sleeps in the other bedroom and sends me off camping on a regular basis...we both sleep well
Thanks for all the tips and comments. I,ve tried poking and kicking him, sometimes it works other times it does,nt matter how he sleeps he STILL SNORES !!!!!! If he,s had a drink or 2 it we,ll be louder, but havin a drink when camping seems the norm..... Earplugs, ican still hear him, havn,t tried the presure point thingy as a volume control so hopefully i can mute him with that...... If not is it neglect if i tell him to sleep in the car???
Hello, I have recently been diagnosed with mild sleep apnoea and have recently started using a jaw advancement device. I got it from this website there are a lot on the market and this is one of the cheaper ones, it gets a bit of getting used to but I can guarantee by sworn testimony from my OH it does work
My hubby became a tourist sttraction for the kids on our site. They were all gathering round and giggling. soooo funny, well for me anyway. Hubby was oblivious that all this was going on. One of the mums taped him on her phone. Did it make a difference when she played it back???? NO of course not, he was just happy to babysit.lol
Some years ago my hubby had one of those wrist watch devices that gives a mild shock when he snores, just enough to disturb him. Unfortunately it picked up my snores one night and woke him up.
Now I use ear plugs when I can't stand the sound, and gentle nudges haven't worked . And feel sorry for those in the next tent.
