Just wanted to publicise the fantastic service from www.thesportshq.com.
We bought our camping loo from them via Amazon back in summer 2009 and on our last trip the flush unit started to leak. I traced the leak to a split seam in the plastic. I sent pictures of the defect to them and today, I received a brand new camping loo!

I just LOVE companies who don't mess about like that - not insisting you return it before they replace then blame it on mis-use.  Good on them!  And thanks to you for sharing the good service - a rare thing to compliment, we're all too quick to complain.
