How much gas is in it,
Shake the bottle side ways and listen for a sloshing sound.
Use google and enter "calor gas" make sure you are at calor gas uk then click on " find a stockist",
You have about 10 stockists in christchurch from garages to trailer businesses I suggest you ring and ask if they stock the bottle and get a price due to varying markups.
Cost 907 about £19 to £25 approx.
Hope this helps

An empty 907 cylinder should weigh about 3.7kg and a full one 6.42kg.

No such thing as a stupid question, there is a way of telling but can't remember how to do it, something about the amount of condensation on the side of the bottle when you do something, vague I know but someone will be along soon and fill in the gaps.

Assuming you can hear/feel some liquid sloshing around in the bottle, weigh it and subtract the tare weight, which should be marked on the base of the cylinder (as rjgukc says, around 3.7kg), to find the weight of gas remaining.

You know theres no gas left when you only get 1 egg fried for breakfast, instead of 3, no gas left!! Luckily we managed the bacon first!
This happened yesterday morning.
Never mind, got a refill today for next weekend.
I do wish there was a some sort of guage on the bottle. yes I did shake it before I went and there did seem to be a little left.
