lovely photos were going bala next week were was the castle photos taken would like to visit
The castle is Beaumaris Castle on Anglesey, go over the Menai bridge to Anglesey and turn right, it's a lovely little town, family ticket in to castle was £11 parking in big main carpark was just £2.50 for the day, be aware tho' the carpark is just a field and was quite boggy, when we went a couple of cars got stuck! they're also boat trips from the pier to Puffin island and along the Menai straights etc, It's well worth a full day out there.

So you were right by the play park and stream? Daughter was on the swings most of Monday & Tuesday evenings.
Yes, that was us. Got moved there when our first pitch got rather boggy.
Your daughter was chatting away to my son I believe when they were all in the park.
------------- If you see a family struggling to put up the tent then it must be us!

Nice pictures / place thanks for sharing. Did you have problems with your roofbag straps vibrating when travelling at speed?
If yes twist then when putting the strap on before tightening them up and then problem solve - if it was a problem in the first place many people with caravan awning storm straps do this and it stops the strap vibrating in windy conditions. We have kayaks and also use this method on the roof rack
Hope this helps
Andy

Thanks for the tip, it was quite wierd as when we were going we only got vibration sounds whenever we were going slowly, at speed (20mph+) there wasn't any at all. On the way back however it was the opposite, I must've done something differently. I'll try your little trick the next time.
