I'm a quick zipper lol.....I always think I'm less likely to wake anyone if it's quick ....And I love the post on how many zips you do in the cold.....never even thought about it til now!
When my DH had this issue he took a book and sat on the bench outside the amenities block all night. It wasn't the zio, it was the treading on me every time he got back into the bedroom pod that was the problem.
I've done that when one of ours was a little under the weather....not that you would know it was me cos I was still in my sleeping bag and had pulled it up to make a hood.....have a photo somewhere

I always have a giggle at the zip sounds at night ,they vary between those who do it quick and get it over with and those who prefer the long slow drawn out technique Me ,I'm always a bit indecisive and differ between the 2 .
Now this really did make me laugh!!!

You've all cheered me up a lot - some of these posts are sooo funny! I will endeavour not to feel so guilty in future!! The book idea sounds just right in those circumstances - will remember for future events - though hopefully won't be any!
Zip zipperty, Zip ziperty, Zip zip zeroo if you're that polite, I'll gladly camp next to you
Another "love the sound of zips" here. Never been woken by them and I'd say, if your neighbours can't put up with the sound of zips, they should take up caravanning.
If you miss the sound of zips during 'off season' then make sure you catch the programme link thingy between the programmes on BBC2 - good tent zip sound there - always sees me through the winter!!!
