We've got a clip on light for when we have EHU which is fine in the Guadeloupe because there are poles! But how would we clip it in the Icarus? No poles inside. Grateful for any ideas.
If it's not heavy attach it to one of the toggles on the inside of the door or window, that's what I do anyway! Or you could take a freestanding light such as a table lamp or floor lamp from home instead. I bought the cheapest floor standing uplighter from Argos, it came in a two pack and my son wanted one for his bedroom. They are sectional and easy to put together so I took the other one camping. I think it was £firths two.
Thanks all. OH has come up with an idea. We take all cooking stuff/cutlery etc in two drawers from one of those plastic drawer units, and OH made a wooden unit to fit them - more sturdy. Anyway he has got an old wooden broom handle and some clips and will attach handle to box and clip handle on when on site, then clip light to pole. Da dah!!!! See if it works shall we?!!!

Which light have you got G&T? The problem with the guad is there is no hook on the centre pole unlike some tents and I've been scratching around trying to find a decent light with clips that will fit the centre pole without sliding down it. The clips on all that I've seen so far have been too big or too small and I don't want the light on the entrance pole.
On the Guad. we clip it onto the cross pole over the door and point it in or out depending on where we are sitting! Works great. Light was from Ikea and we got a 'rubber' light bulb - unbreakable anyway!
