Hey, pneumonia man..... snap! How you doing now? I went for a follow up check with the consultant at the Royal Surrey yesterday and asked why I was still feeling bad after 3 weeks..... apparently I should have rested more and because I started work again too soon it's all dragging on I've got pleurisy too. Nice!

Any road up.... I'm planning a camping trip too but for end of October. Hopefully by then it'll be cold and snowy This weekend is supposed to be good. If you want it nice and warm and dry I'd jump at the chance now, pneumonia or not. Just wrap up proper and take it easy!

It is a tough one, I suppose it really is up to whether you feel up to it or not. The weather is certainly going to be fantastic and even warm evenings.

I'd go too I think... so long as you can rest plenty while you're there. Might even do you more good to be honest! Hope you're better soon!

I dunno....are you sure it was the camping that caused you to get pneumonia? I was staying in hospital with my daughter....nice and dry, all warm, and so on.... been in there for almost a week when I suddenly got hit with pneumonia and pleurisy! I at m also a very healthy and active person with an outdoor job where I'm exposed to the elements all day every day, and never had a problem like this before. I honestly don't believe that camping the prior week did it for me... it was the stopping and sitting around in hospital. I'm only 44.
