I would just like to say a big thank you to the weather for understanding that we needed to dry our 2 tents properly before we packed them away for the winter. It was very considerate to give us such sunny weather, enabling us to hang both tents on the washing line all day.
Of course, it made me yearn to be actually USING them again, but at 7 months pregnant, that isn't very practical.
So thank you mr sunshine. Hope to camp in you again sometime next spring. With baby and toddler. So make sure you're there.
We've been doing exactly the same - with the Kairos pitched on the lawn to dry and the bedding, carpet and picnic rug etc airing on the line. The tent was sodden from an early collapse yesterday morning in the dew. It will be in the conservatory now for several days. Not risking the dreaded mould. Currently monitoring another tent in the spare bedroom over the question of whether some marks are potential mould or just condensation stains, so this one can stay out until there's no risk of a drop of moisture.....
------------- Love our set-up and need no more tents or gear, so trying to stop looking!
