Hi,
Just wondering if anybody can help me. We bought the go system thermopro liquid vapour gas stove back in 2009. There was a fault on the stove so we have tried to contact the manufacturer go system to take advantage of the three year warranty.
It seems the manufacturer are uncontactable via the phone or email. Does anybody have any suggestions on what we can do? The stove is still being sold by other companies but they may be using uP old stock if the go system have gone bump. The stove was over thirty Pounds and has not been used much.

Go back to the retailer you bought it from and ask them to try and get in touch with the manufacturer on your behalf or at least get a definate contact number and name.

The responsibility for faulty goods rests with the retailer, it is up to them to sort it out.

Yeah there is no reply on phone or email, ah well, just annoyed as we expected to get more than three camps worth!!
