We are considering camping over the New Year and very excited at the thought of it. We don't want to travel too far and we do want electric hookup! We want to go about and hour or two away from Bristol, just in case the weather is bad. Can anyone recommend any sites?

------------- You can pack an amazing volume of stuff in a Ford KA!
Also try Stonehenge Touring Park, again, it is opened all year round.

Thanks DK like the look of Stonehenge and am enquiring about that! Know it might be cold but want to try it once!
It may be cold, however, if it is bright and dry, it is lovely.
I have booked Devizes C&CC for the Christmas weekend!
Just need to be prepared for the cold and the damp, and you'll be fine.
