Just bought an Outwell Oklahoma day tent to replace my Vango Event tent - reasons outlined in my updated review HERE

I had difficulty trying to locate an Oklahoma (end of season and I am not sure if Outwell will continue it next year). I eventually sourced one at Outdoormegastore. They were showing in stock on the website but I phoned to check. The helpful lad told me he would ssearch the warehouse and that he would call me back. Sure enough 15 mins later he called back to tell me they had one left. I placed the order there and then (before 4pm) and the next day it arrived! That's from Bootle to Central Scotland - no mean feat!

I call that excellent service! Its nice to be able to report on something positive about a company in light of all the negative things going around! I will definitely use them again thats for sure!

That is very good service.
I have never used them myself but know others that have and always praise them.

They have given me excellent service in the past but have gone down the line of charging large fees for off shore islands and highlands so I look elsewhere first. Might be worth mentioning that, having purchased my son's original pop-up from them, when it came to a problem and doing what Outwell told me to do and contact the supplier - they didn't want to know.

Yes, I've used them in the past too. Also got good service.

The Oklahoma is a great piece of kit too. We use one as utility next to our teardrop, can't fault it.

They've got perhaps the best camping web site which I visit quite a lot just to do some window shopping and then I'll buy somewhere else where the prices are more reasonable...One thing I dislike are the attempts at *humour* and they should be told that scousers aren't the natural comedians they think they are.
