This is what we did, and it worked. 

Pitched tent, got weak solution of bleach and water. Took a sponge, and stood inside wiping away the mould, then left tent to fully dry. Result clean and fresh smelling tent which we've used all season.  If you pitch the tent its easier to clean it and see where mould is.

Good luck, and you have nothing to loose as tent will spoil if the mould is left.

The recommended way of getting rid of mould (from the various tent manufacturers - and endorsed by Kampa in an email) is: 1:10 ratio of Milton (sterilising) fluid to water and then wash off thoroughly with plain water. Use a soft sponge and do not rub. You may still need to re-proof afterwards but try out its waterproofing first. It will kill off the bacteria spores and stop any re-growth. Depending on the extent of the mould you are still likely to have a dark stain though.

BTW - just checking - its not a yellowy brown water-mark type stain on the white panel? We have discovered such staining on the white roof panel of our Kampa Bude 4. Having used strong magnification on it, there is no sign of any fungal/mould type growth and only the odd spec of dirt. The fibres of the fabric look like new just stained and it doesn't wash off. We have come to the conclusion that it could be deodorant spray or spray/condensation mix that has stained the fabric - just as with clothing - or smoke ingress from a BBQ. Alternatively, PU coatings can sometimes yellow from what I have read. We are monitoring it to see if it gets any worse but it doesn't look like mould so not going to treat it and risk damaging the waterproofing if there is no need.
