We just got the best customer service from WORLD OF CAMPING!!!   I just had to share with everyone.  We bought replacement poles for our tent.  Due to the description on their website being a bit unclear, the poles do not fit our tent.  I phoned and explained and not only did they refund the total amount, including the postage, they told us not to worry about trying to return them as it wasn't worth it and just to dispose of the poles. How lovely to have a POSITIVE  experience!!  I shal certainly buy from them again.   So now we have bedrom poles that fit a Khyam Petworth or Longleat going spare if anyone is interested. ???   We still need bedroom poles for our Khyam Chatsworth though...  lol....  any ideas???  we can get a full set for about £50  BUT this is sooo expensive when we only need one pole, the top, side bedroom pole!

I bought a Sunncamp Elan 400 from World of Camping last April (needed a big brother for my lovely little Elan 200 lol!) and the floating porch pole was missing. 10 months and MANY emails later....all promising that they would be onto it 1st thing the next day....still no porch pole!. Hate broken promises so will not be using them again. Glad someone has had a good result though!
