Not come across this before but the Yeomans outdoors site now has a facility that allows you to chat with either technical support or customer service. Very handy indeed. Personally I would find this much better then discussing something on the phone.
Looks like the website and stocklist has come a long way in recent months. I for one wish them every success.

I have had excellent customer service in the past from Yeomanns... Great advice when buying a tent, but more importantly superb customer service with after-sales exchanges for a faulty part. I would without hesitation purchase a tent from this company again... Can't wait for their tent show so I can go do my own geeky thing and look at all this seasons new offerings...
That sounds interesting. I have always had great service from Yeomans. On the one occasion we had a faulty front extension there was no problems arranging for an exchange to be delivered. I have been to two of their tent exhibitions and would highly recommend

We have had good service from them too, as our tent order got messed up we ended up having it delivered in person by the area manager!!! Being a serviceman I also get 10% discount.
