Hi all
Have had my Cobb for the first camping trip and both the roast chicken, lamb shoulder and salmon fillets were the best we've eaten!!
So worth getting in my opinion although I am still getting used to the timings etc.
I was wondering if anyone has any excellent recipes to try out this week?? Specifically has any tried cooking pork ribs?? Any rubs/sauces and how many briquettes to use?
Also does anyone know where you can buy wood chips, in shops or supermarkets rather than online for the time being.
