Well done for sticking it out. Beech croft is a really lovely campsite. Went in the October half term last year, or was it the year before. The weather was glorious. Went to Beddgelert end of March, It was b####y freezing. Woke up to snow. It continually rained after that. We did not have EHU at that time. He won't go camping outside season unless we have electrics now. heath63

I cant believe there was so many people camping at this time of year, it seems the camping season is certainly getting longer. I dont think im brave enough but i was quite envious looking at your photo s.

The weather is no worse for camping this month than it was last April, apart from the lack of daylight. I haven't packed all of my tents away yet.
