Hi complete newbie here so hope I'm posting in the right place :)

I'm just wondering what qualifies as a 'large' tent. I've recently bought a Mojave 5 & porch (approx 6m long x 4m wide) and just wondered what size pitch I'd need to book?

You should be OK with a standard pitch size with the Mojave.

Hi and welcome Lesley!

Would agree the mojave would be fine on most standard pitches.  We have the voyager 6 and havent had any problems with pitch size.  We have however just got the porch too so am wondering if we now will need a large pitch

Get that first trip booked!!

My daughter has the Mojava 5 and porch and when we go camping we always book a standard pitch.

My tent is 6x4 too and is usually ok but some sites do vary the size of their pitches, you can usually find this info in the site reviews or on the links you can follow off the campsite search on here.

My tent with canopy on is 6.1m x 4.2m and I've never needed to worry. Now that I've bought a second enclosed porch it is more like 6.1 x 6 and I'm a bit worried lol.
