Quality of workmanship and good design at an affordable price !

Great backup and spares if the worst should happen, plus an approachable UK agent or rep that can put right without hassle any little problems.

Possibly a design flaw webpage where users could collectively feel that their input is received and used if workable towards the new years model.

After trying various types my list would now include:

Cotton/Polycotton

ZIG

Awning/rain safe door (fed up of sloping fronts and sides where everything gets wet when entering or leaving the tent)

Mesh on doors and windows which should open fully (our view is the Vermont series of tents which have gone backwards compared to ours as their windows now do not open).

Plenty of room for manic 7 and ten year old children when wet.

Standing room (which almost has to happen with the above)
