Went to Lidl to see if they had any stuff of interest left & bought some ballerina slippers for using in the tent, travel hair straighteners & a pink fold up holdall - had a look at the quishion type things but didn't like the look of them, will wait till I find some more proper ones...then found some hand towel size microfibre towels in the 99p shop..a good day's bargain hunting! Are the microfibre towels a must when camping, as we have never been before and i was thinking how am I going to try and dry all our towels (there is 4 of us)?
we also been shopping today, did a price match on a Campingaz Camping Chef Stove and Grill with go and picked it up for £35.

Micro-fibre towels are brilliant - so long as you make sure they are micro-fibre and not micro-towelling!. They dry in minutes and are way smaller than normal towels, be sure to pat dry rather than rub and you will be fine. Take a little getting used to a first, but what space savers. Micro-towelling may feel softer to start with, but are not good if you have a tiny bit of dry skin.

you can dry towels in good weather on camping clotheslines - it can be hooked up to trees or on the poles in the tent - mine was from Poundland and is brilliant - even came with a few pegs
