Hi, I get swollen feet from time to time but particularly when pregnant. I know it's a different reason but you could maybe do the same as I do (if you can find a willing volunteer) and have your feet massaged. The midwife told my husband to start at the toes and massage the fluid up and out into the legs with long strokes (using the thumbs). It works really well and the earlier you catch it, the more effective it is.
Hope this helps (it's also a nice excuse for being pampered!)
hi, sleep on air bed, going camping this friday for a week (please let the weather improve, not asking for hot sunny days, just less rain and wind would be nice) so am going to try drinking plenty, keeping feet up and nice new warm slippers are packed. just hope this will work.

If there is any slope, I do ensure I am sleeping head up. That must be it. I'm not going to risk head down though, if the effect on my feet is anything to go by!
That would be strange to see!
