Again I can not thank you all again, you have me in tears with all your vey kind offers and kind words.
I came home from work tonight to find that me darling partner had not only painted the living room but had also been and collected a lovely second hand ochry even better the newer style to ours I can't believe it's sitting here, overjoyed, still finding other bits and pieces as missing but we have our tent and to me that is all that matters, we will pick up something cheap to cook on. Insurance company dragging there heels as they are so busy with flood damage etc.
On another note swaney you have just popped up on my face book tonight at c and c wedding, such a small world that's for sure x

It is awful what has happened and I hope they get their comeuppance. Scum is all I can say about them. What a great partner you have. Enjoy your new tent and don't let the insurance company fob you off.

iv been away from this site for a year or so and am taking up camping again this summer. Threads such as this remind me what lovely people you meet when camping.

We were burgled 18months ago. It makes me so angry that people think they have the right to break inot your home and take your belongings, which you have worked to buy.

thank you all again, have been out today and picked up a few pieces, still a lot to replace have posted under Camping equipment for some bits I am looking to buy second hand in the meantime , so if anyone selling anything I am looking for please let me know.
My mum is going to replace the cadac she is a star so that sorted, friends have given us sleeping bags , so really we will be good to go.
My other half is away back to work today so a bit unsettled having to sleep in the house myself daft I know, anyway just for seven days then we will be off to killegreur in target for seven days then we are having another seven days where we have not booked in so just going to head further up north, maybe even manage to pop in and see if the red squirrel gang are around , thanks again everyone x
