I have been in touch with the seller who is refunding my money as he doesn't have anymore I really wanted some magenta towels for my hair

Well my towels arrived this afternoon. The delivery man said they have been in the depot since Monday but our normal parcel man is off this week. He said that everyday he has asked about taking the ever growing pile out (he had 4 parcels for us) and every time management said no. Then today they told him to work overtime to deliver them.

So I have contacted the seller so I can repay for them.

I received mine, gave them a quick wash & tried them out before taking them away - Is it me? Am I doing something wrong? - I could not get myself dry after my shower! It felt like the water on my body was just being redistributed & even the patting technique didn't work & I had to revert to my normal towel! :-(

Did you use fabric softener when you washed them? It can affect their ability to 'soak up' the water if you do.

Mine have arrived, washed and hanging on the line to dry, tho they were just about dry anyway, there first use I think will be in Tunisia, unless we get a break in this crappy weather and mangage a weekend away

Yes, I find they are a bit like that too but somehow I seemed to get just about dry enough. That's probably why they dry quickly - they haven't absorbed much water. I hope they improve with use and washing, like ordinary towels.

They feel strange, I know. I have been using mine and they do soak up the water, but because I don't rub (and therefore, presumably don't warm up with the friction of a regular towel), I feel a little bit cold and a tiny bit damp.

Overall, I have to say I'm very happy. I'll see how they go through a wash and might decide to pick up another couple of bundles.

have used ours this weekend, and because I only bought one bundle there has been fights over who uses the bath towel, as kids prefer them to the others we have - have tried to order more but no more in stock.

I think they are great for camping, I ordered one set to try them out and used them this week.  I am so happy to save space in the car as I normally have to carry a bundle of towels.  I also love the idea that they are quick dry too - a couple of weeks ago the weather was so damp that even after 3 days my wet towels were not dry (in utility tent drying cuz it was raining outside). These will be great.

 I'll order another set as soon as I can.

Im campi.g right now......just about to head off to showers with mine. They are great!! Have been used at pool, showers and although im still a bit damp after its the same with new normal towels so its ok.....just spend another minute drying and its all good. Saved sooooo much room thanks to them.
