As above or we have a solar shower but haven't needed it yet.
I bought some Dogs Trust dry shampoo for my parents' staffie to use if needed in their campervan.
------------- Yes, the car is bigger than the 'van.
As above nearest river/loch/seashore and a good rub down with their own towels...I've never actually considered how I would go about it should the need arise for a proper wash IE muck rolling etc...But a couple of kettles of warm water and soap of some kind should take care of it...

Last time we were away we needed to give Holly a quick wash, just to get rid of the sand. We just stood her under the tap near out tent, then gave her a dry down and put her in her cage for a little while to dry off. We do take some dog wipes as well.
When we were away at jubilee I saw a couple wash their dog everyday(rolled in dead hedgehog, fox pool etc!).they just filled a bowl up with warm water at the sink for pot washing and did it there outside the building.
To be honest, it's our shower system. But also works on the dog.

Big bucket of warm water and a sponge and just wash him down on the grass, he's not the rolling in muck kind and he likes to swim so don't often have the problem.

Ok this may sound a bit silly but how do you wash your dog when camping?
We take her to the motorhome emptying point and use the hose pipe that is attached to the tap and give her a good hose down, then back to the van and a dry down with towels kept specifically or her and afterwards she gets a chew for being a good girl. If there is no hose pipe available I fill a bucket and wash her own nd thn use buckets of water to rinse off with, we never use any shampoo on her when away unless she finds ome truly revolting smelly mess to roll in.

For a licence dated 1997 or later you must add together the plated max weight of the caravan and trailer, if the total is 3500 or less you can tow it. You may even tow a caravan with a MAM greater than the cars unladen mass the restriction was removed in 2013
Well, at home I always shower him before I have my own scrub-up. It looks somewhat like this:
Of course, he only gets a shower when he's very dirty or otherwise not any more than about 5~6 times a year under normal conditions. However, having a Boxer dog also means there are no such things as "Normal conditions"...
