Whilst walking around our local Tesco I spotted a SIM for only £14.99. Not having much knowledge of them I decided that for the price I should give it a go and look at getting rid of my folding camp bed which I don’t particularly like. Once home I started to read the threads and got a little worried that it might be too thin and feared I might get cold. My solution to this issue? Get another carpet and put it in the bedroom to add softness and warmth.
Problem solved yes, No! I still have it in the back of my mind that it may still be too thin so I have now invested in a Camping Mat which I think should put my mind at rest. My Wife now thinks I have gone round the twist but I say that you cannot be too comfortable.

Have I gone overboard?

Must say that I hate the folding camp bed with a passion. Not only is it uncomfortable but when the 2 of them are put in the sleeping compartment of our tent they take up all the space meaning we have to crawl off the end to get out. Last trip we found our son asleep underneath.

Love that picture Dazstan. I have just bought a bed like that as my normal one is wider and was annoyed that this was is actually just as wide because of those end bars. My DS actually wanted to sleep under it though

I don't think that you can be too comfy. This isn't much help but I think it is very individual and you will need to test stuff and figure out if it suits you or not.
