No, don't reproof it yet. It probably just needed to get a good soaking then a drying what with it being stored for along time. The fibres shrink when it's been dry for too long. Once they get wet they fluff up (but the first leak doesn't stop), but once its dry it should then be oK the next time.

Also, the weather has been torrential where alot of water has dropped in such a short space of time, so in all likelihood it could be that it just go 'overwhelmed' as it were.

The best thing to do is get it up again and get it wet again using a hosepipe. If it leaks again, it needs reproofing, but hopefully it won't. However if you do reproof you can use Fabsil. It would then be up to you whether you do the whole thing or just the patch where its leaking.
