Mine took 5 days and they accepted £20 for the £25 tarp. BUT . . . someone on here had trouble recently trying to order one. I think the money was taken but no tarp was sent. Sorry, can't find the post. Alternatively, you could order some canvas from Esvo and make your own. It seems very reasonably priced and top quality.
