Has something touched it, a plant perhaps that's left some resin??

We have a similar patch on the wall of our Relum, After trying to fathom it for ages, I've come to the conclusion that it's where my head touches the canvas when I sit in my chair. I use hair gel, and I think the canvas has absorbed some, which has in turn affected the waterproofness (is that even a word??)

Fabsil sorted it....and I moved the chair further away from the wall!

Certainly looks like some liquid has dropped/splashed/sprayed onto you tent, not certain what though, you tried smelling it?
