Sat In my chair outside tent in glorious sunshine...yay!!! Site is lovely and was empty when we arrived apart from one nice older couple, came home yesterday to find it packed!! Woken very very early this morning by one family....2 dads and 4 kids....kids yelling they were getting bacon sandwiches.....did not do much for my mood but hey ho. They have quietened down over the day, have 3 young men in the corner drinking so hoping its not gonna get too rowdy later!! Had a lovely few days so far.....apart from a very stressful first day......fill you in another time!, will post pics and reviews when I get back to the house. Xx

Hmmmm two dads drinking one side despairing over their jobs and three lads the other side playing music and laughing til goodness knows what time.......i am grateful for the earplugs i found at 11.30 then the 4 kids shouting at 7.15 they have yoghurts makes for a p****d of vicky. Maybe I'm just being unreasonable but miss 3 is exhausted from lack of sleep.....I can fill up on coffee but she is miserable. Going to complain to owners today. Oh well last day and night to go. X

I wouldn't complain.  But 7.15am is the middle of the night to me when I am on holiday.  And I have 3 kids!

Talking I can cope with but shouting kids running up and down the site at 7.15 is not IMO on.....and I am mum to a 3 year old!! Thankfully they all left and the last night was peaceful!

Glad you got at least one peaceful night. One of the reasons we camp Mon-Fri in the holidays is because we find it quieter than the weekends (though not always).

Hi Vicky

Ive noticed you have a gelert saturn 8 tent, im thinking of buying one but cant find anywhere online a pic of what it looks likes inside! Ive even phone gelert and they dont know!!

Is it one of those tents with a bedroom at each end and the living space in the middle?
