Hi Tentdweller & welcome to the forum  Gosh, it must have been mighty windy to bend the poles of a Royal frame tent  Hope you get it sorted soon. Be careful when pulling the springs out, my hubby found out that the springs can 'bite' when he used pliers to pull some broken springs out of our poles.
