I'm normally a stickler for dry tent packing, however we're off until Tuesday (rain expected as we pack up) and then away again on Friday morning.  Will I get away with leaving it in the bag for 3 days or should I be conservative and pitch it in the park on Wednesday?

If we weren't going away again so quickly I wouldn't hesitate, but it means a day off work unless we miraculously have a glorious Tuesday evening.

I suspected it would be OK but needed the reassurance.

What about a canvas tent?

We came home on Monday and the canvas wasn't wet, the only moisture would have been on the mud flaps from morning dew.

We're away again Friday afternoon. Should I get it out tonight to make sure it's fully dry or will it be ok till Friday?
