Erm, please excuse my ignorance, but I really don't want to get upsetting folk......
History of Kidney stones..... weak bladder.... can't wait, no warning, blah, blah, blah...... use B&M wood-based-cat-litter-in-bag-in-loo-bucket-3am-wee-wee-method.....
What next?
Normal bin? Toilet disposal area of some sort?
Have to admit, we have used it already, and we just disposed of it in the normal bin, double bagged, of course, but now I'm concerned maybe I shouldn't have?
And yes, we are just talking "Number one's" !!
Cheers in advance.
Mucker.

Dont think there should be any problem with it, the rubish will probably be going to a land fill somewhere.

Pee is the only bodily fluid that is completely sterile, I'm led to believe............. Why not use normal toilet blue?

Cat litter as used by the cat goes in the bin, so I don't see why not. The made of wood stuff is a bit more environmentally friendly I believe.

With youg 'uns (and us for that matter) we used to just use a bucket with lid and nothing else. As long as it'e emptied and rinsed first thing there wree never any niffs to worry about.

well nappies, dog and cat poo all goes in the normal bin, so I wouldn't have thought twice about it, and certainly haven't lost any sleep over the issue! But maybe I'm ignorant!

As everyone says nappies, cat litter and dog poo bags go in general bins. Don't stress!

I was going to suggest biodegradable bags as well, I wouldn't go as far as storing them but at lease in a biodegadeable bag someone isn't going to uncover your rotting cat litter in 100 years time!

we have a Kampa Khazi Portable Toilet for night time (and day time in the case of my small children!). I put two capfulls of disinfectant in just before bedtime (I use a nice apple scented one from Tesco, but know some people on here use Zorflora - don't worry, you are not the person to discuss this!) In the morning, you really can't smell anything and who ever is first up, empties it down the sites toilet!

We use a lidded bucket for wee only. Possibly should use some disinfectant, but never actually have...
First morning toilet trip it goes either down the CDP or, where there isn't one available, down the toilet...
Before the bucket, we used a potty (we have small kids)- the bucket is better...
