Hi, just wanted to say a big thank you to the people at BCH Camping for their customer service.

I bought an Outwell extension from them in June, online, but didn't test pitch until early July, when I discovered faults with the bag and the poles.

After sending photo evidence as requested, they contacted Outwell, who agreed to send a replacement, which arrived this morning (and they called to say it was on its way and had been checked over).

BCH have been helpful and efficient and have communicated very well. I would recommend them. And the price I paid was competitive too . I wasn't charged for the redelivery or collection, that was done at the same time saving time and effort.

Can someone tell me what and where is BCH Camping? I'm assuming they are a camping store somewhere.
