Contacted Gary via email about some hard to get Outwell spares had a very quick reply saying they had the parts in stock and to phone the shop if I wanted them which I duly did. Parts arrived very quickly and well packed. So a big thumbs up to Gary and Cross Camping for good old fashioned service

Gary has allways seemed very knowledgable and helpfull, wish we had an independent retailer of this calibre in our area instead of the never camped salespeople we have to deal with at the go outdoors.............

thinking of taking a camp down his way next year when he gets his 2013 tent display up sounds like it will be the dogs.......
