What can i say,,,,,,,,,,,,

We arrived at the Arosa Campsite friday afternoon, we then proceeded to get the tents up which was fine, managed them both just before the rain ( sunncamp vario 900 + royal montpellier ) as this was the first time three members of the team had been camping i was a little worried for them, but they seemed happy and contented especially as we had ehu for the heating.

We all woke sat morn to the white stuff and very strong winds, but we were still in one piece so happy days, we then spent the day in scarborough having a general wander around ( looking for camping tables and some carpet mats ) this was for the newbies.

returned to the site at around 5pm where we were greeted by folk dressed in halloween costumes ( adults and the kids ) and i must say they looked fantastic, they really had all made the effort as there was a party in the club house that evening, after an excellent evening of entertainment and food, and fancy dress competition we returned to the tents,

woke sunday morning to a much nicer outlook not raining and little wind, the newbies seemed happy with life all was good.

eventually the time came to take down the tents and pack, and so the rain also decided to play it,s part,,,,,,,,,,yep it rained during the whole process of packing so needless to say we returned home with two very large , very wet tents, which as i type are drying ou,t one in the garage and one draped over the hallway and stairs.

but i must say we had an excellent time over the weekend, and better still the newbies have now gone home with a list of what they need as they are now hooked on the camping experience, and can,t wait to get started next season................So All Good.
