Anyone else mad or just us...
Actually quite a lot of people go camping to see in the new year. For instance, a group of friends who met here on UKCS will be camping in Leicestershire. Further afield, Great Langdale campsite in the Lake District is quite busy over the holiday period.
While you're tucked up in a cosy weatherproof camping pod, spare a thought for those in tents on non-EHU sites. Mind you, most won't be as adventurous as the handful of people who wildcamp to see in the new year on mountain summits - like this chap's New Year camp on Scafell Pike
Sounds great, trying to convince my better half to get our 6m bell tent and log burner out for a New Year trip.......Anybody got any suggestions for a decent campsite with EHU in North devon at this time of year??
What campsite in Looe is open at this time of year??
