I was editing my profile as I no longer have the campervan, and for the life of me I can't remember what make of tents I have. One is a 4 berth I got from Argos many years ago and has been reliable with no leaks. The other is a wee blue 2 man tent I got for £15 from Homebase a few years ago. I got it because it was small enough to use instead of the bigger tent and also it is ideal to take on the motorbike. I thought that at £15 if the tent leaked and was not suitable then it could go on the fire. However, the first weekend I used it was on a fishing trip to Ford in Loch Awe, Scotland with some of the gang from work. If the tent leaked, at least I had a mate's tent I could share. During the first night it rained non stop with some blustery storms and guess what? The wee blue tent stood up to everything that was thrown at it weather wise. The funny thing was that in the morning I was bone dry while some of the more expensive tents had been waterlogged. The flysheet on wee blue tent gets steeped in Nikwax every so often and has now become my tent of choice.
