Very sad to announce that after 7 years as campers we are now going to have to give it up due to my hubby and I having health probs. Have such happy memories of some brilliant camping trips with our children. Feel sad about parting with our gear but it will be nice to make some room in our house! Will advertise on here when we can arrange fair prices. Love this website that has been an excellent source of help over the years and will continue to look at forums :(

       My selt and oh only started camping in May 2010, and we throughly enjoy it. We could not imagine what it would be like not going camping, wish we had started years ago. We are both in our fifties and have started getting little twinges here, little twinges there  aches and pains and sometimes think we wont manage with setting up without it feeling like a chore, but we will plod on. I sometimes think this winter has dragged on and on  that when your getting older going camping in the cold and wet does not appeal to me anymore.A few sunny days I'll be fine. Roll on summer.
