In a bid to save some money I have bought an old display tent and was planning to get the poles with it after (as it didnt come with any) Though I can't seem to find any instructions online that have the correct lengths i need to look for and i cant get a call/email back from the tent brand.
Could anyone shed some light or point me in the right direction please?
If you can't get any joy from Lichfield themselves, it may be worth trying their stockists. Theree's a map showing them here (sorry, don't know how to do links):
thanks for the info :) yea i emailed them but had no luck getting anything back. I really need the poles asap now aswell. There's a few places that sell all different sized poles with next day delivery but just need a way of working out what size to buy.
o why didnt i pay more attention to Pythagoras calculations in school!
Hi. I have the same problem with a day shelter I got from somewhere. Can't remember now, its been so long. I needs 19mm poles with plastic fittings to attach the roof poles. I remember them being called flexi something.
Now its just another tent thing under the stairs.

I don't like to be negative but to be honest the cost of a complete set of poles will probably offset any money-saving. And, as you've already discovered, finding the correct poles for a tent is not always straightforward.
Rather than spending more money on the incomplete ex-display model, you might be better off buying a different (and complete) tent.

I can answer that on a more positive note. Try phoning or emailing www.tentspares.co.uk, a very helpful midlands-based company.
