We're still very new to the camping business - only got a tent last year and had a chance to camp only for one weekend.
So for the last few days I was trying to make up my mind if we should go this bank holiday weekend or is it still bit early (read: cold nights) for camping with small kids.
So they are "helping" me to make a right decision:
yesterday the little one (nearly 2yo)spotted a folding table in the garage and REQUESTED it to be put up in the garden, then went back to the garage and pointed out on a pop-up tent requesting again to bring it to the garden - then spend the afternoon playing in it
today I ask the other one (3,5 yo) if he wanted to go camping and he shouted YES!,
so I've asked him: What if it gets too cold?
he: well, then we will go inside the tent...
(giving me a "you-silly-mummy" look haha)
...so just put my head down and rang the campsite to book...
You silly mummy! The kids will have a ball and so will you watching them! Enjoy and take plenty pics

Just back from the trip today - was so nice we've actually decided to stay for one more day and I'm glad we did, because the weather was so beautiful today.
and yes, of course kids had so much fun - we literally pitched on a playground, haha
