I have many of my bedroom curtains lined in black out lining and its pretty weighty stuff, so I feel it may pull down quite a bit on the elasticated togs that hold the bedroom pods to the outer tent.
I'm going to try clothes pegging some spare dark bed sheets to our pods (mentioned in another thread the other day, great idea) in a couple of weeks time to see if that makes any difference, they would also be quick to remove in the morning to allow the pod fabric to breathe, as I guess it could become damp with condensation etc
I'm quite happy wearing my eye mask, but my oh just refuses to wear one, gets up at 6am singing and whistling, therefore waking everyone else in the house (I'm not a natural morning person at 6am!) Don't mind anytime after 7am. Oh don't worry he doesn't sing and whistle on the campsite at that time in morning, just incase you were worrying about camping next to us x
